CENTURY 21 Arizona West

This real estate company bamboozled me for a sale. I was an out of town buyer working with an out of town seller. I was not told that this property was a hoarder home. Most hoarder homes need to be demolished, burned to the ground. I was lied to, deceived, told this property was in move in condition. Century 21 suggested all repairs, inspections, hired workers that did not fulfill the work orders. The new roof leaked like drain on a sink. The roofer came over swore about his workers. The Real estate lady never represented, me the buyer after telling me that this office does thus all the time, no worries. The house was horrible, dirty, broken, unusable. My dog didn't even want to go I side. This particular office allows liars to work in the office. I had a meeting with the Broker and office manager about my frustration. They would not come to the home to see the lies. I saw the Broker at a charity event that I was volunteering at. She was a total jerk. She would not acknowledge anyone that was a volunteer. She sat at a table that she bought tickets for. Otherwise I am assuming no one would have been at her table. Century 21 on wickenburg way is a horrible condescending office. Do not use this office.

Contacted the office through the website. Received a confirmation and a app link. But no call. I called and spoke with an agent who would pass my message to the next available agent. I never received a return call. Well... guess I’ll seek out another more efficient Realtor.
